PROS: Easy to Install,Looks Great
CONS: Leaks
OTHER THOUGHTS:   This shower arm was easy to install. However it leaks. There is a manufacturer's flaw in one of the O-rings. This repair will require two trips to my customers home. It was very frustrating to get a new product that leaks. I had to remove the shower arm and reinstall the shower head so my customer could take a shower while the warranty parts are shipped. So this product takes extra labor to install.

"arm needs more ump"

PROS: It is what it says.
CONS: In order for it to hold the shower head you have to REALLY work hard finding just the right place where it can hold it. To much angle it will start slipping down.
OTHER THOUGHTS:   Our shower head is heavy and may be to heavy for this product. So take that into consideration. Not sure what "Flush Rate" means.
